Driving in bad weather

Driving in Bad Weather

Driving in bad weather can be a dangerous if you’re not careful enough. The combination of cold and wet weather, the roads are becoming wetter and much more icy by the day, demanding full attention of all drivers behind a wheel in these weather conditions.

One other issue we see in winter is strong winds – When driving against strong winds, it's necessary to exercise more caution, as winds can cause debris such as tree branches to fall into the path of your car, and also to keep an eye on other drivers who may find their driving being affected by the wind.
When driving beside larger vehicles you must take caution, lorries or larger vehicles may shelter you from strong winds for a time, so when you emerge into the open, you are likely to experience a strong side wind.
